My story
From burnout to building Purple Spill
For years, I built my career the way most high achievers do: pushing through, keeping it together, managing everyone's expectations but my own. It worked until it didn't. I hit a point where the success I'd built didn't feel like mine anymore.
That's what brought me to coaching, first as a client, then as a certified professional. Ten-plus years in global corporate teams across the United States and Europe taught me strategy and communication. Becoming a coach taught me how to use them for myself, for once.

Purple Spill is the approach I built from that experience: part structure, part creative process, no pretending required.

Why accreditation matters
Coaching isn't a regulated profession, anyone can call themselves a coach. Accreditation through the International Coaching Federation means my training, competencies, and ethics have been independently verified.
